SMF damage not only directly affects the quality & reliability of your products, but also can impact your company’s reputation and bottom line! As SMFs can occur anywhere from the receiving stage of your operations, to testing, manufacturing, shipping, and field handling of circuit boards & components, it is essential that companies implement effective SMF control programs, including proper SMF control training to minimize the risk of SMF damage. Our SMF Control class discusses and studies the correct SMF mitigation and control techniques, in order to prevent failures to SMF-sensitive products. We dynamically involve the students in their learning, enhancing their knowledge about the subject of SMF, as well as helping them to extend a thorough appreciation for SMF control.
In accordance with Skolnik Technical’s Education Plan:
"Initial and recurrent/refresher SMF awareness and prevention training shall be provided to all personnel who handle or otherwise come into contact with any SMF sensitive items. Initial training shall be provided before personnel handle SMF sensitive items. The type and frequency of SMF training for personnel shall be defined in the Training Plan. The Training Plan shall include a requirement for maintaining employee training records and shall document where the records are stored. The training plan shall include the methods used by the Organization to verify trainee comprehension and training adequacy."
To ensure proper and adequate SMF control training for appropriate personnel, we are pleased to offer to you our "SMF Control for Electronics" training class, which will be continually updated and enhanced, to include new valuable learning concepts / materials, reflecting advanced technologies and constant lessons learned.
